What are the office hours?
We are remotely managed by our partner company Bluff's Landing Marina. If you can't resolve an issues by email or phone you are welcome to stop by our Bait & Tackle Shop at 4242 Laguna Shores during normal business hours. Please see Bluff's Landing website for up-to-date hours.
What are the access hours?
Access your unit at any time, 24/7.
Am I required to store long-term?
We offer flexible month-to-month lease options, so you can store with us for as short or as long as you need.
How do I pay my storage bill?
You can pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. Additionally, you can discuss autopay options with your facility manager.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID, is required.
What items am I not allowed to store?
You cannot store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, combustible items, or liquids.
What does 24-hour access entail?
24-hour access means that you have unrestricted entry to a facility or service at any time of the day, allowing you to use or access it around the clock.
