How large are the storage units?

Each of our storage units measures 35ft x 12ft and is the perfect size for boats, RVs, cars, or large personal items.

How much does it cost to rent a unit?

Each Storage unit costs $290 per month, on a month-to-month basis. Alternatively, take advantage of a 5% discount by paying upfront for a year. There is a $290 security deposit that is required upon move-in.

What is included in the rate?

The rate includes your personal 35ft x 12ft storage unit which features full paving, electricity, keypad entry to a fenced and gated site, and 24-hour video surveillance.

Is there a setup fee?

There is a one time $25 set up fee. Once you have an account with us you would not have to pay this fee again as long as the account stays open.

Do you offer military discount?

Yes! We are proud to support all our valuable Military and First Responder members and offer a discount on our month-to-month memberships. Whether you’re an Active or a Retired Veteran, you will receive a 10% discount on your monthly storage cost. Military ID is required to take advantage of this discount.
